2019年9月から結成20年、メジャーデビュー15周年という節目の年に突入したPerfume。その締めくくりの企画として「Perfume 15th & 20th anniv with you all」が始動する。第1弾としてPerfumeの20年間にわたる全歴史を再構築したコンセプトライブ「Reframe 2019」が劇場版として公開されることになった。「Reframe 2019」は2019年10月に東京・LINE CUBE SHIBUYAのこけら落としとして開催されたライブイベント。演出振付家・MIKIKOとライゾマティクスが中心となり、楽曲やダンスの振付、ミュージックビデオなどPerfumeがこれまでに蓄積してきたあらゆるデータが、最先端のテクノロジーで再構築された。
